Privacy Policy
Last Updated: April 5, 2025
Who We Are
This Privacy Policy applies to the website https://aicenturies.com (hereafter “AI Centuries”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to that information. By using our website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect and Why We Collect It
Comments and Spam Detection
When visitors leave comments on AI Centuries, we collect the data shown in the comments form (such as name, email address, and the comment text). We also collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam.
Our site uses the Akismet anti-spam service to filter malicious or junk comments. This means that certain information from your comment is sent to Automattic’s Akismet service for spam checking. This typically includes the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and site URL, along with the information provided in the comment form (name, username, email address, and comment content). Akismet uses this data solely to identify spam. See Akismet’s privacy policy for more details. We do not use the information collected by Akismet for any other purposes.
If you use the Gravatar service to display an avatar image with your comment, an anonymized string (hash) of your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you have a profile picture associated. The Gravatar service’s privacy policy is available at Automattic’s Privacy Policy. After your comment is approved, your profile image (if available via Gravatar) is visible to the public alongside your comment.
Media Uploads
If you upload images or other media to the website (for example, as part of a post, comment, or product review), you should avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS) or other sensitive metadata in those files. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data or metadata from images on the site. We are not responsible for any personal data embedded in media files that you upload. Any media or content you upload may be publicly accessible if published on the site.
Contact Forms
When you send us a message through a contact form on our site, we collect the information you provide, which typically includes your name, email address, and the content of your message. We also log the IP address and time of submission for security and spam prevention purposes. We use this information to respond to your inquiries, provide support, and address your requests. We do not use the information submitted through contact forms for marketing purposes unless you explicitly consent to it. We keep contact form submissions for a limited period for customer service purposes and do not share the information you submit through them with third parties without your consent.
Embedded Content from Other Websites
Articles and pages on AI Centuries may include embedded content (for example, videos, images, social media feeds, or articles from other websites). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you visited the other website directly. These external websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content. For instance, if we embed a YouTube video, YouTube may set cookies and track your viewing. If you are logged into those external websites (such as YouTube or social networks), they may track your interaction with the embedded content. We do not control the data collection practices of these third-party sites, and their actions are governed by their own privacy policies.
Online Store (WooCommerce)
Our site uses WooCommerce to power our online store. Through WooCommerce, we collect information about you during the checkout process and when you create an account or make a purchase. This information is necessary to process your order and provide our services. Below we outline the types of data collected and how it is used:
Order and Account Information
When you purchase a product from us, you will be asked to provide certain personal information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and payment details. If you create an account, we will also collect a username and password. We use this information to:
- Process and fulfill your order, including sending order confirmations and updates.
- Communicate with you about your purchase (e.g., order status, delivery information).
- Screen orders for potential fraud or security issues.
- Provide customer support or handle returns and refunds.
- Set up and maintain your user account (if you choose to create one) for faster checkout on future purchases.
- Comply with legal obligations (such as calculating taxes and maintaining transaction records for accounting).
We store order information as long as necessary for the purposes above and as required by law. For example, we retain purchase records for a number of years for tax, audit, and legal compliance. If you create an account on our store, we store your personal information in your account profile. You can access, correct, or request deletion of your account information at any time (see the “Your Rights” section below).
Payments
When you make a payment on our store, your credit card or payment information is processed by third-party payment gateways. We do not receive or store your full credit card number or banking credentials on our servers. That information is sent directly to our payment processors (for example, PayPal, Stripe, or other payment services we use) who handle your payment on their secure systems. These payment providers may collect or receive your personal data (such as name, billing address, email, phone, and purchase amount) to process the transaction. They are responsible for your information under their privacy policies. We only receive limited information back from these providers (such as a confirmation that payment was completed and an ID for the transaction). This information is used to finalize your order and record that payment was made.
Shipping and Tax Calculation
For delivering physical goods, we collect your shipping address and phone number (if required by the carrier). We share necessary shipping information with third-party shipping companies or postal services in order to ship your order. This typically includes your name, address, and in some cases phone number or email (for delivery updates). We use your location information (country, state, and zip/postal code) to calculate shipping costs and applicable taxes at checkout. In some cases, our website may use external services or plugins to obtain real-time shipping rates or tax rates (for example, services that provide tax calculations based on your region). This means that your location data (like postal code or country) may be sent to those service providers solely for calculating the correct tax or shipping charge. All such third parties are only given the minimum data necessary and are contractually or legally obligated to protect your information.
After your order is shipped, we may provide you with tracking information. Our site uses a Shipment Tracking feature to let you track your package. We will store the tracking number and carrier name associated with your order and display them to you (for example, in your account or in the shipping confirmation email). When you click on a tracking number link, you may be redirected to the website of the shipping carrier (for example, UPS, FedEx, USPS), which will have its own privacy practices regarding any data they collect during tracking. We use tracking information only to assist you and us in monitoring deliveries and resolving shipping issues.
Product Add-Ons and Customizations
If our products offer personalization or add-ons (for example, custom messages, images, or other options that you provide), any additional information you submit for these product add-ons will be collected and used solely for fulfilling your request. This may include text or images you upload or details you provide about how you want the product customized. We treat this information as part of your order. It will be stored with your order record and shared only as needed to produce the customized product or service. For example, if customization requires working with a third-party supplier or print-on-demand service, the necessary details of your request will be shared with them. We do not use the personal details provided in product add-ons for any purpose other than fulfilling your specific order.
Product Recommendations and Personalization
We want to provide you with a relevant and useful shopping experience. Our website may use your browsing history and purchase history to offer product recommendations or personalized content. For example, we might display “related products” or suggest items you might be interested in based on what you’ve viewed or bought. To do this, we track certain activities on our site, such as products you’ve viewed, items you’ve added to cart, and past orders. This tracking may be done through cookies or similar technologies (see the “Cookies” section below). The data is used internally to generate recommendations in real time. This process is automated and is intended to help you discover new products. We do not profile you for marketing outside of our website, and we do not share your browsing or purchase history with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent.
Email Newsletter and Communications (MailPoet)
If you subscribe to our newsletter or mailing list, we will collect your name (optional) and email address. We will use this information to send you periodic emails, such as newsletters, updates, blog posts, promotions, or other content you’ve signed up to receive. We only send you emails if you have given consent (for example, by subscribing via a signup form or checking a box during checkout to receive updates).
Our site uses the MailPoet plugin to manage our email subscriptions and to send emails. When you sign up for our newsletter, our system logs the IP address and timestamp associated with your subscription. This information is used to verify your consent (double opt-in records) and to prevent abuse of the subscription system. MailPoet helps us to personalize and send emails efficiently.
Email Open and Click Tracking
We may use MailPoet’s features to track how subscribers interact with our emails. For instance, our emails may contain tracking pixels or unique links that allow us to see if you open an email and if you click on any links within it. MailPoet provides statistics on email opens and click rates, which we use to improve our content and understand our audience engagement. This tracking does not reveal any additional personal information beyond what you provided (it mainly logs actions like email opened or link clicked).
MailPoet Cookies
If you are a subscriber and also interact with our website, MailPoet may set cookies to help link your interactions on our site with our email campaigns. This is primarily used to track conversions (for example, to see if you clicked a newsletter link and then made a purchase) and to identify inactive subscribers for cleanup. The cookies MailPoet may set include:
- mailpoet_revenue_tracking (14 days) – Tracks if a subscriber clicks a link in an email and then makes a purchase on our site within 14 days. This helps us measure the effectiveness of our emails (e.g., which newsletter led to a sale).
- mailpoet_subscriber (no expiration by default) – Used to recognize a subscriber who has an account or who left items in their cart, enabling us to send abandoned cart reminders via email. (This was formerly known as mailpoet_abandoned_cart_tracking in older versions of the plugin.) It is set only for users who have opted in to emails and are active subscribers.
- mailpoet_page_view (no expiration by default) – Used to track engagement of subscribers on our site (such as page views) in order to identify inactive subscribers. This helps us determine who is no longer interacting with our content.
- popup_form_dismissed (duration depends on our settings) – If we use a MailPoet subscription popup form on the site, this cookie records if you’ve dismissed the signup form so we don’t keep showing it to you repeatedly.
MailPoet may send emails through their own sending service (servers) to ensure deliverability. This means your email address and name might be transmitted and processed by MailPoet’s email delivery servers (which are operated by the plugin provider, Automattic). We have a data processing agreement with MailPoet/Automattic as needed to ensure your data is protected. We do not share our mailing list with any third parties, and you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter or by contacting us directly. If you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive our emails, though we may retain your email address on a suppression list to ensure we honor your opt-out.
Analytics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics for WooCommerce (integrated with our site) to understand how users interact with our website and store. Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google that uses cookies and similar technologies to collect information about website use. This information helps us analyze traffic, see usage patterns, and improve our site and products. The data Google Analytics collects on our behalf may include:
- Technical information about your device and browser (such as IP address (which can be anonymized), browser type, operating system, device identifiers).
- Usage data (such as pages visited, time spent on pages, links clicked, and the page that referred you to our site).
- E-commerce data (such as products viewed and purchased, purchase amounts, and transaction IDs).
Google Analytics uses its own cookies (for example, cookies named _ga, _gid, and others) to distinguish users and remember your preferences between pages. These cookies can have varying lifespans (some last for the session, others for up to 2 years). The information generated by these cookies about your use of our website is transmitted to Google servers, which may be located in the United States or other countries. Google uses this information to compile aggregated statistics for us. We do not receive personal data like your name or email from Google Analytics reports—only anonymized or aggregated information (for example, total number of visitors, most viewed pages, sales reports, etc.). We have enabled relevant settings to comply with privacy laws (such as IP anonymization within Google Analytics where applicable).
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings to refuse analytics cookies (see the “Cookies” section below for more on managing cookies). For more details on how Google collects and processes data, you can read Google’s Privacy Policy.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
AI Centuries uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to ensure our website functions properly, to enhance your experience, and to collect analytics information. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your device when you visit a website. We use both first-party cookies (set by our site) and third-party cookies (set by services we use) for various purposes.
Essential and Functional Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the website to operate and for basic functionality. For example:
- woocommerce_cart_hash & woocommerce_items_in_cart (session cookies) – Used by our WooCommerce store to detect when cart contents change. They contain information that helps us know if your shopping cart has been updated.
- wp_woocommerce_session_[hash] (lasts 2 days) – Contains a unique code for each customer so that WooCommerce can retrieve cart information from our database for your session. This is essential for remembering your cart as you browse the site.
- woocommerce_recently_viewed (session) – Keeps track of products you’ve recently viewed so we can display that list to you for convenience.
- store_notice[notice_id] (session) – If our site displays a one-time store notice or announcement banner, this cookie lets you dismiss it and remembers that preference.
- comment_author_[hash], comment_author_email_[hash] (1 year) – If you leave a comment on our blog and opt-in to save your information, these cookies remember your name/email (and optionally website) so you don’t have to re-type them next time.
- wordpress_test_cookie (session) – Set by WordPress to check if your browser supports cookies. It’s used purely for testing and contains no personal data.
- wordpress_logged_in_[hash] and wordpress_sec_[hash] (session) – Set when you log into an account on our site (such as your customer account). These cookies keep you logged in and expire when you log out or after a certain period of inactivity. They contain a unique ID tied to your account.
These essential cookies do not store personal information in themselves (aside from the information you input, like comment details or an encoded reference to your account) and they are required for core functionalities like shopping cart and user account management.
Analytics and Performance Cookies
We use cookies to gather usage statistics through Google Analytics (as described above). For example, Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga (to distinguish unique users, persistent for up to 2 years) and _gid (to distinguish users on a day-to-day basis, expires after 24 hours). These cookies collect information in an anonymous form and provide us with insights on user behavior (like which pages are popular, how users navigate the site, etc.). We also use MailPoet cookies (described in the MailPoet section) to track email engagement and conversions for analytics on our email campaigns. Analytics cookies can be disabled without major loss of functionality, but doing so will make it harder for us to improve our services based on your feedback.
Advertising Cookies
(Note: At present, AI Centuries does not serve third-party ads or use advertising networks that set cookies on our site. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy accordingly. This section is for completeness.) Advertising or targeting cookies would be used to deliver relevant ads and track ad campaign performance. If we ever use these, we will provide details and obtain any necessary consents.
Managing Cookies
When you first visit our site, you may see a notification about our use of cookies. By continuing to use our site, you consent to our use of cookies as described. You can manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse new cookies, delete existing cookies, or notify you when new cookies are set. However, please note that if you disable or delete certain cookies, some features of our site (such as keeping items in your cart or staying logged in) may not function properly. For more information about cookies and how to manage them, you can visit AllAboutCookies.org.
Who We Share Your Data With
We treat your personal data with care and confidentiality. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, we do share your data with certain third parties in order to operate our website and provide services to you. These third parties are service providers or partners who process data on our behalf or in collaboration with us. The main instances in which your data may be shared include:
- Payment Processors: As explained in the Payments section, your payment information is handled by third-party payment gateways (such as PayPal, Stripe, or credit card processors). They receive the necessary personal data to process the transaction (like your name, billing information, and payment details). We share data with them only to the extent needed for payments, and they are responsible for safeguarding your information under their own privacy policies.
- Shipping Partners: To deliver your orders, we share your shipping address and contact details with logistics providers or postal services (for example, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other couriers). They require this information to transport and deliver your merchandise. These partners are only provided the information needed for delivery and may contact you if necessary for the service (e.g., delivery notifications).
- Email Service Provider: We use MailPoet (an Automattic service) to send our newsletters and emails. If you are on our mailing list, your name and email address are stored in our MailPoet system, and emails are sent through MailPoet’s sending service. MailPoet acts as a data processor for us, meaning it handles your data on our instructions to send you emails. MailPoet may temporarily hold data (like your email address and email content) on its servers to facilitate delivery and track analytics (opens/clicks) as described above. Automattic’s policies cover how they handle such data on our behalf.
- Analytics Provider: We use Google Analytics to track usage of our site. Google processes usage data (as described in the Analytics section) on our behalf and provides us with aggregated results. Google may receive certain information about your device and browsing via the analytics cookies on our site. Google is a third party that may process the data in various locations (including the USA), but we have configured our analytics to anonymize data where possible. Google does not get your name or account info from us, only technical and usage data for analytics purposes.
- Spam Detection Service: When you post a comment, as mentioned, we use Akismet (by Automattic) to automatically detect spam. Your comment data is transmitted to Akismet’s servers for analysis. Automattic (which operates Akismet) may store that data for a short period (typically 14 to 90 days for spam data) to improve their spam filters. This is a form of data sharing necessary to keep our site free of spam.
- Hosting Provider: Our website is hosted on servers of a web hosting company. All data that you provide to our site (including personal information) is stored in databases on those servers. Our hosting provider may technically have access to the data as part of maintaining the infrastructure, but they are not allowed to use this data for any purpose other than providing hosting and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal Requirements and Protection: We may disclose your information to third parties if required by law or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to (i) comply with a legal obligation, subpoena, or request from authorities; (ii) protect and defend our rights or property; (iii) prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the site (such as fraud or security issues); or (iv) protect the personal safety of users or the public.
- Business Transfers: If AI Centuries is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing due diligence, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of assets, or other transaction, your information may be transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of that process. In such cases, we will ensure that the new owner is bound to respect the privacy commitments we have made in this policy regarding your personal data.
In all cases where we share your data with service providers or partners, we only share the information that is necessary for them to perform their specific services. We also require that they handle your personal data with the same level of protection and security that we do, and that they use it only for the purposes we specify.
How Long We Retain Your Data
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Different types of data are kept for different lengths of time:
- Comments: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely on our website. This allows us to display your comment and recognize any follow-up comments automatically (instead of holding them for moderation). If you wish to have one of your comments removed, you can contact us and we will do so.
- Contact Form Messages: Information you submit via contact forms (such as your inquiries) is retained for as long as necessary to address your request and for us to have a record of our communication. Typically, we may keep contact form submissions for about 6 months to a year, but this can vary. We do not use that information for marketing without consent, and we delete it safely when it is no longer needed.
- Order and Account Information: When you make a purchase or create an account, we retain your order information and account data. Order records (including invoice, billing, shipping, and order details) are generally kept for at least 7 years to comply with tax and accounting laws. If you have an account, we keep your account information until you delete your account or we no longer need the information to provide services. Even if you request deletion of your account, we may retain certain information in order records (without your account attached) to fulfill legal obligations.
- Newsletter Subscription Data: If you are on our email list, we keep your email and related info until you unsubscribe. If you unsubscribe, we will stop sending you emails immediately, but we may retain your email on a suppression list (to ensure we don’t accidentally send you emails again) or in our historical records of who was subscribed. If you completely want your data removed, you can contact us to request deletion from our mailing records.
- Analytics Data: Data collected via Google Analytics is retained according to Google’s policies and the settings we’ve configured. Currently, Google Analytics retains user-level and event-level data for a set period (e.g., 14 months), after which it is automatically deleted from Analytics servers. We only have access to aggregated analytics, and not to any personally identifiable data, after that retention period. We do not store the raw analytics data on our own servers.
- Server Logs: Our web server may automatically log visits (which can include IP addresses, browser info, and page requests) for security and performance monitoring. These server logs are generally kept for a short period (a few weeks to a few months) and are only accessible to us and our hosting provider. We use these logs to ensure network and information security and to investigate any technical issues.
After the applicable retention period has elapsed, or once the data is no longer needed for the purposes above, we will securely erase or anonymize your personal information so that it can no longer be associated with you. If deletion is not immediately feasible (for instance, because the data is stored in backup archives), then we will securely store the data and isolate it from further use until deletion is possible.
Your Rights
You have certain rights regarding your personal data, especially if you are located in jurisdictions with data protection laws such as the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or California. We are committed to enabling all our users to exercise these rights. Below we outline the rights you have and how to use them:
Rights Under the GDPR (EEA/UK)
If you are in the EEA, UK, or a region with similar laws, you have the following data protection rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and corresponding legislation:
- Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to obtain information about how we process it.
- Right to Rectification: If any of your information is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to ask us to correct or update it.
- Right to Erasure: You can request that we delete your personal data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, if you have withdrawn your consent (and no other legal basis for processing exists), or if you believe the processing is unlawful or no longer compliant with GDPR. This is sometimes called the “right to be forgotten.”
- Right to Restrict Processing: You have the right to ask us to limit the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, for example, while we address a complaint about data accuracy or our use of your data.
- Right to Object: You can object to our processing of your data if our processing is based on legitimate interests or if we are using your data for direct marketing. If you object to direct marketing, we will stop sending you marketing messages.
- Right to Data Portability: You have the right to request that we provide your personal data to you (or to another controller at your direction) in a commonly used, machine-readable format, where applicable (this generally applies to data processed based on your consent or for performance of a contract).
- Right to Withdraw Consent: If we are processing your personal information based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. For example, you can unsubscribe from our newsletter or turn off non-essential cookies that you previously consented to.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you believe we have infringed your data protection rights, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (in the EEA or UK). We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns directly before you do so, and welcome you to contact us with any issues.
Rights Under the CCPA (California Residents)
If you are a resident of California, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) (as amended by the CPRA):
- Right to Know: You have the right to request that we disclose what personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell (note: we do not sell your information, but we will inform you of the categories of third parties with whom we might share information). You may request details on the specific pieces of personal data we have collected about you in the 12-month period preceding your request.
- Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (for example, we may retain information needed to complete transactions, for legitimate security purposes, or to comply with legal obligations).
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing: The CCPA gives you the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. However, as noted, we do not sell personal data. If in the future we consider “selling” (as defined by CCPA) any personal data, we will provide a clear opt-out mechanism on our site. Similarly, if we engage in sharing your data for cross-context behavioral advertising, you will have the right to opt out. Currently, we do not engage in such practices without your consent.
- Right to Correct: (CPRA addition) You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information that we hold about you.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. This means we won’t deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different quality of service just because you exercised your rights under CCPA.
If you are a California resident and would like to exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the contact information provided below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests (for example, by asking you to provide information that matches our records). If you use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, we will require proof of authorization and also verify your identity with you directly.
How to Exercise Your Rights: To exercise any of your privacy rights or to make a request regarding your personal data, please contact us at the email or mailing address provided in the “Contact Information” section below. Please clearly state what right you wish to exercise and provide relevant details (for example, the email address associated with the data for an access request). We will respond to valid requests within the timeframe required by applicable law (for example, within 30 days for GDPR requests, and within 45 days for CCPA requests, with the possibility of a justified extension). If we need more information to verify or fulfill your request, we will let you know.
International Data Transfers and Processing
AI Centuries is accessible to users around the world. Depending on where you are located, your personal information may be transferred to, and processed in, a country different from your own. In particular, our website servers, service providers, and partners (such as MailPoet/Automattic, Google, and payment processors) may be located in the United States or other countries. This means that when we collect your personal data, it may be processed outside of your home country, including in countries where data protection and privacy laws may not offer the same level of protection as those in your jurisdiction.
However, we take steps to ensure that your personal information receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions where it is processed. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we will implement appropriate safeguards for data transfers as required by law (such as using Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or transferring data under an adequacy decision, where applicable). Our third-party service providers that process EU personal data (like Google or Automattic) have also committed to appropriate safeguards in line with GDPR requirements for international transfers.
By using our site or providing us with your information, you consent to the transfer of your personal data to countries outside of your country of residence, including the United States. We will only transfer data in compliance with applicable privacy laws and with appropriate contractual and technical protections in place.
Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
Other than the automated processes described in this policy (such as spam filtering with Akismet, showing product recommendations, or sending abandoned cart emails), we do not make any significant decisions about you solely by automated means that would have a legal or similarly significant effect on you. The automated processing we perform is intended to improve your experience (for example, recommending products) or to protect our site (for example, blocking spam or fraudulent transactions). These processes do not involve profiling or automated decisions that negatively affect your rights or privileges. You will not be subject to decisions having legal effects based solely on automated processing of your personal data without your explicit consent or another valid legal basis.
Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously. AI Centuries implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. For example, our site is secured using HTTPS encryption (SSL/TLS) to ensure data is encrypted in transit. Sensitive information (such as payment details) is handled by secure, PCI-compliant third-party processors. We limit access to personal data to those employees, contractors, and service providers who have a legitimate need to work with it and who are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. When we update the policy, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page. If the changes are significant, we may also provide a more prominent notice (such as a banner on our site or an email notification, if we have your email). We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
If you continue to use AI Centuries after any modifications to the Privacy Policy have been posted, it means you accept those changes. However, if we plan to use your personal data for a new purpose that is not compatible with the original purposes we collected it for, we will seek your consent or provide you with the opportunity to opt-out, as required by law.
